The best rewards are for things that require sacrifice.
If you didn't pay to get it, mostly likely you'll neglect it. Strange, but true.
On the other hand, those achievements borne of discipline, focus, and inspiration, or shall I say "blood, sweat, and tears," will define you.
It wasn't an easy task for Dostoevsky to write The Brothers Karamozov, but the world is richer for it.
